Hal Smith is the President & Co-Owner of Halcyon, Inc. better known as Halco. He started the business with his wife Tammy Smith in 1984, and has been a constant and primary force in its development into a leading company focused on providing full energy solutions for residential and commercial clients with an emphasis on quality, service, and sustainability. Hal currently serves as Chairman on Finger Lakes Workforce Investment Board. His certifications include: Air Balancer, BPI and Carbon Monoxide specialist. Licenses are held as master plumber, HVAC contractor, electrician, Geothermal specialist and Energy auditor.
